What is lucid dream? How to see lucid dream?

Ever thought about controlling your dreams? Surely you are not talking about waking up and daydreaming? But no, I'm talking about controlling the dreams you see while sleeping, you will dream as you wish. Control as desired. And if you don't like it, that is, if you start having nightmares, you will change its course instantly. In the language of modern science it is very possible it is called lucid dream. Many of you are probably familiar with lucid dreaming. Although many people are familiar with it, maybe there is a lot of confusion about why it is happening or how it is happening.

What does lucid dream mean? If translated into simple Bengali, it can be said that the meaning of lucid is clear. That is clear and dream means we all know that dream. Lucid egg is the dream that we clearly remember and even during the dream we can realize that it is not real but it is a dream but it would be wrong to interpret lucid dream only with literal meaning let's say it a little differently.

Imagine in a dream that you are falling down a mountain at high speed and there is no chance of survival after falling down. Suddenly you think, if only there was a soft bed in the rock, maybe you could have survived. The thought is the action, the dream is modified according to your thoughts and you lie on a soft bed, this is the lucid dream. Now let's see why lucid dream? And how? But the lucid dream is not an invention of this age. Speaking of the beginning, the first Greek philosopher Aristotle gave the first idea about this. Also many other scientists are currently researching on it. Aristotle, having experienced a lucid dream one day in his sleep, wrote that sometimes even after falling asleep a conscious part of him remains awake, and at the moment of dreaming he realizes that he is dreaming. Lucid dream is not just a dream it is your brain power.


Lucid Dreaming is practiced by saintly monks from different places and they call it Green Yoga. Because lucid dreaming directly helps to increase mental energy and creativity. On average, we dream about four to six times a day during sleep. But most dreams we forget. Now the question may arise as to which of the daily dreams can be part of the lucid dream. So when do we see lucid dreams? According to scientists, our sleep can be divided into two stages - REM and non-REM sleep. The word REM is basically an abbreviation of English Rapid Eye Movement. The REM stage begins about ninety minutes after falling asleep. Our brain is highly active during this phase. The eyelids increase and the eyelids twitch. This phase is called rapid eye movement or REM from the tremor of the eyelids. On the other hand, in the non-REM state, our brain activity, menstrual activity and eyelid twitching. There is much less.


A parapsychologist named Kitt Herren began a study in 1970 to find out how lucid dreams occur. He observes that lucid dreaming usually occurs during REM sleep. Usually the process of dreaming starts from REM sleep. No matter what stage of sleep we dream in, REM stage dreams are very vivid. Basically, lucid eggs are seen at this stage. How much control a person can exert over a lucid egg varies from person to person. Many wake up as soon as they perceive their existence in a lucid dream. Again, many people continue to change the events of divine dreams according to their own wishes. Exactly what causes a dream to be seen as a lucid dream is not yet clear. However, according to dream experts Dr. Mathie and Walker, the part of our brain that controls reasoning is responsible. This part of the brain is supposed to be inactive during REM sleep. But in some cases when this part is activated, we can dream and reason at the same time. Such events enable the person to remain awake even in dreams. Perhaps this is why we have lucid dreams. Generally our mind has two parts. Conscious and subconscious mind. We dream, in the subconscious mind, but this lucid dreaming begins when the conscious mind is slightly active in the middle of the dream. That is, it happens in a rare combination of the conscious and subconscious mind.


During a lucid dream we see the dream very clearly and the feelings given in the dream are very intense. Almost realistic and anyone can customize the dreamscapes to their liking. In normal dreams other than lucid dreams, I cannot take full control of the dream. You may have been having nightmares for years. Sometimes you may be chased by some snakes in your dream or sometimes you may be chased by all the terrible monsters. After waking up, you are in a bad mood because of this dream. Nothing gets better year after year. The same mental anguish surrounds you for this nightmare. This is exactly where lucid dreaming comes in handy. You can use Lucid Dream to kill snakes and monsters chasing you in your nightmares. Lucid Dream is able to transform your nightmares into beautiful dreams and make dreams a motivation in your life. It all depends on your psychology. Some may even lucid dream.

Some require practice. When we dream, we remember clearly as soon as we wake up, but forget again after a while. In that case, a diary and a pen should always be kept next to the bed so that when you wake up, you can write down your dreams. It helps in remembering dreams and the consciousness is more alert during dreams. Apart from this, there are some drugs which artificially help people to have lucid dreams. Besides entertainment and adventure, lucid dreaming also has benefits.

 

Although lucid dreaming is considered safe, it can pose a great risk to people with mental illness or other problems. You have to stay awake during a lucid dream. That may disrupt the main purpose of your sleep. Lack of rest and sleep can drastically affect your physical and mental health. These sleep disturbances can increase your mood swings. Again, since you are awake even in the dream, the dream and the reality can be confused. In many cases it has been seen that the person struggles to decide what is real and what is a dream. Any such problem poses great danger.

Therefore, one cannot compromise one's mental stability and rest before lucid dreaming. This is a very big opportunity in front of you. If you want, now you can also visit the magical world of dreams. You can fly like a bird or do whatever you want. The whole world of dreams is only yours.
